About Katie

Physician Assistant, Katie Coe, MPAS, PA-C

Meet Katie!

When it comes to prescribed medication, many families seek out holistic, informed, patient-centered care, but are left disappointed with quick visits, minimal provider communication, and a lack of compassionate dialogue. In an effort to change the way clients approach and receive medication for their children and for themselves, Ashley has partnered with an incredible psychiatric prescriber who has an extensive background in medication management, nutrition, and prescriptions for children, adolescents, and pregnant and postpartum women.

We are so excited to introduce our physician assistant and psychiatric prescriber, Katie!

Katie Coe, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with over twelve years of clinical experience. She has an extensive background in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders including: bipolar disorder/affective mood disorders, schizophrenia, psychosis, anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and panic disorder, agoraphobia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and depression, as well as treating those with opioid use disorder with buprenorphine. She has also trained under Dr. Georgia Ede, a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist, and is proficient in nutritional psychiatry, which includes the applied use of food and supplements to support mental health.

Katie believes in an integrated approach to mental health and supports clients with more than just prescription management. She focuses on physical health, such as the gut-brain connection, exercise, movement, supplements, and nutrition as it intersects with medication and mental health.
