Here are all of the upcoming groups I am offering to my local community. Groups are a great way to meet new people, support your child’s development, and receive support in a low-stress setting. In all of my groups, you will find friendly faces, kind words, and lots of support. Plus, I will be there to make sure you and your child get settled in nicely! I know how intimidating group settings can be for children and parents alike. I promise to do everything I can to make this an approachable, fun experience for you!
Focusing on Friendship: A group for 8-11 year olds
This group is for children ages 8-11 years old. Some of us want to be a really great friend, we just need some help figuring it out! Each group will target developmental social concepts for the intended age. We will practice a lot of great skills in a no-pressure, stress free setting.
This group will meet for on Mondays at 5:15 PM for one hour. The dates are September 16, 23, 30; October 7, 28; November 4, 11, 18; December 2, 9. The group will continue in the spring after winter break.
